The cabin home features views of Lake Tahoe and Sierra mountains, family-friendly living, fully stocked kitchen with extra small appliances, updated mattresses and furnishings, gas BBQ grill, outdoor lounging and dining sets, laundry room with ample storage, smart televisions in the living room and downstairs bedroom, Wifi, washer, dryer, large dining room seating arrangement, and large back deck with hot tub. The kitchen has cooking and baking essentials, and towels and sheets provided.
The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with a bathroom with a tub/shower combo just down the hall. The first upstairs bedroom has one queen bed and two twin beds, the second bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The upstairs bathroom features a shower. There is high speed Wifi with extenders throughout the house and a smart television in the living and downstairs bedroom.

Parking: The home allows up to three vehicles on the parking pad. No parking on the street or dirt areas. You will be issued a parking permit, which they must display on drivers side dashboard of your vehicle. “Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.

We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license as proof of 25 years or older, per Douglas County VHR Code.
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning. Fans provided.
Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy. We do not provide refunds due to air quality.
HOA Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each home is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines, but ask you to be respectful and follow the rules. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. Rules are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County. Please be mindful of the quiet hours (9pm-8am) and your noise levels.
THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Distance to Heavenly is about 10-15 min away.
