The upstairs has high vaulted ceilings with wood beams and an open concept kitchen and family room. Two large comfy sofas face the wood-burning fireplace, 65” brand NEW smart TV, and deck with a view of the Meadow. A Yamaha 88 keyboard and guitar for amusing musical talent. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster oven, spices, condiments, etc. And a BRAND NEW STOVE AND OVEN! Throw the dirty dishes in the brand new Bosch dishwasher, and forget about it! There is a full bathroom upstairs with a shower. The large 3rd bedroom has new Cal King size high-end luxury mattress with pillow top cover, a down comforter, an extended room with one twin bed, and a plethora of board games for family game night. Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality.
Side Note: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided.
All renters are to check in with the HOA office at arrival to a stamp on the County Parking Pass, which is e-mailed before arrival. The parking pass must be on the driver’s side dash.
Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at nearby parking garages or lots. Garages and lots may charge an overnight fee.
Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Brandon.
We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent, per Douglas County rules.

Notification to Renters: You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.
THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Distance to Heavenly is about 10-15 min away.
