Large sunny open kitchen and dining room. Dining room table seats 8, 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. 2 high chairs are also provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and basic kitchenware as well as a large side-by-side fridge with an ice maker.  Walk right out the kitchen through the mudroom and onto the large back deck to enjoy the forest views. This will be maintained family home offers a lot of character and a large sunny quiet lot backing to the forest with opportunities for lounging on the provided hammock. Great hiking, biking, bird watching, sledding and cross country skiing. We provide outdoor games such as an oversized connect four-game and cornhole. There is a new propane gas grill for BBQs as well.

The living room and dining room share a double rock fireplace great for wintertime relaxing after a long day of skiing. The room is very spacious with ample seating on the new Pottery Barn furniture. The entire house was repainted recently. There is central heat throughout the house and new carpet throughout. Recently remodeled the upstairs bathroom with a new vanity, tile and paint. There are ceiling fans in three of the four bedrooms to cool down the temperature in the summertime.  Bring your work with you if necessary, there is an office nook in the master bedroom with an office chair, large monitor, and keyboard. Just connect your laptop to the high-speed Wi-Fi and you’re ready to go.

There is plenty of space for the entire family and friends to relax next to the two fireplaces and spread out throughout the home for comfort. With the oversized one car garage, there’s plenty of room to store all ski equipment and even park a vehicle. Only 4 vehicles maximum is allowed outside in the private parking driveway.

Only a 15-minute bike ride to Pope Beach and Camp Richardson.  About 20 minutes to Baldwin beach and the trailhead to  Fallen leaf lake. There is also a mountain bike trail network accessible from the back yard.
